Pickwick Abroad or The Tour in France.
[1849?] Illustrated with forty-one steel engravings and thirty-three wood cuts by Bonner. Green cloth covers with gilt title and decoration on spine, blind stamped decoration on front and back.
Condition: Poor. Spine worn and torn at head/tail and joint of spine and front cover has 60mm crack with tears. Cover corners worn. Missing front free endpaper. Additional title page with engraving of Return to Dulwich is foxed. Hinge of title page badly cracked. All engravings have margins that are quite lightly to heavily browned and some are badly foxed.
